This standard stipulates test methods for the electrical characteristics (capacitance， internal resistance， discharge energy， and voltage holding rate) of lithium ion capacitors for use in electrical and electronic equipment. In order to enhance the content of the standard， taking into account recent trends in production and use， revisions will be made. The main revisions are as follows: - In the test method， a new symbol， I cap， will be defined to represent the discharge current of 0.1I used when measuring discharge energy and capacitance. |
