Rules for Construction and Continued Service of Transport Tanks

Provides requirements for construction and continued service of pressure vessels for the transportation of dangerous goods via highway, rail, air or water at pressures from full vacuum to 3,000 psig and volumes greater than 120 gallons.
"Construction" is an all-inclusive term comprising materials, design, fabrication, examination, inspection, testing, certification, and over-pressure protection.
"Continued service" refers to inspection, testing, repair, alteration, and recertification of a transport tank that has been in service.
Rules pertaining to the use of the ASME Certification Mark with the T Designator are included.《仮訳》
高真空から3,000psigまでの圧力及び120ガロン超の容積で、高速道路、鉄道、空路又は水路で輸送される危険物の輸送用圧力容器の建造及び継続使用に関する要求事項について規定する。
“建造”とは、材料、設計、製作、試験、検査、テスト、認証及び過圧保護のすべてを包括する用語である。
“継続使用”とは、使用している輸送タンクの検査、試験、修理、改造及び再認証を指す。
Tの単一ASME認証マークの使用に関するルールも収録。
