This standard stipulates accelerated test methods for evaluating the effects of corrosion on silver and silver alloys used in contacts and connections， and revisions are being made to enhance the content of the standard in light of recent production and usage trends. The main revisions are as follows: - For the measurement of contact resistance in initial measurements and final tests， the ゛low voltage， low current method゛ of IEC130-1:1988， which is cited in the current standard， will be changed to the ゛millivolt level method゛ specified in JIS C 5402-2-1， the corresponding JIS for IEC60512-2-1:2002. |
